For 15 years, she owned and operated a successful preschool in Glendale, which she grew from a small in-home business to a licensed center for 12 children with full-time staff. After selling her preschool, Pam transitioned into real estate, working closely with her mentor and quickly earning her license. This entrepreneurial foundation gave her the skills, discipline, and people-first approach that continue to define her real estate career today.
